Heritage Buffet
Southern charm coupled with comfortable elegance, the Heritage Buffet
features live cooking stations, a wood-burning brick oven, rotisserie, and
the only chocolate fountain in central Mississippi. The Heritage Buffet is
open seven days a week, and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, 11
a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. Extended hours
are featured on Friday and Saturday with late-night dining until 1 a.m.

Waterfront Grill:
Featuring exhibition cooking, the menu includes sensational seafood and
high-quality steaks along with other creative entrées. A distinctive wine
list, liqueurs, and memorable desserts ensure a superior dining experience.
Open for dinner at 5 p.m. and closing at 10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday
and Sunday, and closing at 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Closed Mondays.

Bottleneck Blues Bar Express Café
This blues-themed café is located on the second level at the delta-style
Bottleneck Blues Bar, and serves great Mississippi Delta favorites and Cajun
specialties. Orders may be placed at the walk-up window or inside the bar.
Open daily 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Entertainment
Featuring some of the top lounge acts from across the country, Ameristar’s
Cabaret Lounge is the only place to be for free, live entertainment.
This venue is Ameristar’s newest entertainment facility offering live music, great food and hot slot action. Designed as a 1930s delta-style theatre revived into a jumpin’ blues club, this facility is intricately themed throughout, and provides 11 big screen TVs for viewing a variety of sporting events. The Bottleneck Blues Bar is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
Hotel Amenities
Ameristar Hotel Vicksburg, which opened June 5, 1998, is an eight-story
deluxe hotel that boasts 150 rooms, including four executive suites and 14
king spa suites. A charming blend of stylish decor and striking river views
